Precision at the Cellular Level
SculpSure doesn't just reduce fat — it permanently destroys fat cells at their source, using a wavelength specifically tuned for maximum fat cell absorption.
The key is the 1060nm wavelength. This specific wavelength of near-infrared laser light is uniquely and efficiently absorbed by adipocytes (fat cells) while largely bypassing the skin's surface. This selective targeting means the laser delivers maximum energy to the fat layer with minimal thermal effect on surrounding tissues.
When fat cells absorb this energy, their internal temperature rises to a level that triggers apoptosis — programmed cell death. Unlike mechanical damage, apoptosis initiates an orderly cellular breakdown. Your lymphatic system then recognizes these dead cells as waste and systematically removes them from the body over the following weeks.
Those fat cells are gone permanently. Your body doesn't generate new fat cells after adolescence — so the treated fat cells will not come back.

Applicator Placement
Up to 4 flat SculpSure applicators are secured to your target treatment areas using a flexible frame. Unlike CoolSculpting's suction cups, the flat design ensures uniform, even contact across the entire treatment zone.
25-Minute Treatment
The device cycles between cooling and heating phases. You'll feel an initial cooling sensation, followed by progressive warmth as the laser energy heats the fat layer. Most patients describe it as a deep tingling warmth — very well tolerated. Scroll through your phone, listen to music, or relax.
Fat Cell Apoptosis
The laser energy raises fat cell temperature to a therapeutic range (42–47°C) that triggers apoptosis — natural, programmed cell death. The overlying skin is continuously cooled and protected throughout.
Return to Daily Life — Immediately
Treatment complete. Walk out and resume your normal day. No compression garments, no recovery protocols, no restrictions. Some patients experience mild soreness in the treated area for 1–2 weeks as the body processes the cells — this is completely normal.
Natural Elimination (6–12 Weeks)
Your lymphatic system gradually identifies and removes the damaged fat cells. Most patients see visible improvement beginning at 6 weeks. Optimal results are seen at 12 weeks, when the majority of treated cells have been eliminated.
